Alternatives

Blitzz is the closest thing to us, and it costs less.

Browser based, no download, a published price and a published trial. If you are comparing the two of us you are comparing two products that actually resemble each other, which is not true of most of this category.

Their seat price is well under ours and the gap grows with headcount. So the only question worth spending your time on is what the difference buys, and whether you need it.

The honest framing

A support desk tool and an install evidence tool

Both run a live session from somebody's phone camera. They were built backwards from different endings.

Blitzz ends with the issue resolved

Co-browsing, integrations, a contact centre shape. The session exists to close a case, and the record it leaves is there so the next agent has context. That is the right design for a support organisation and we did not attempt it. Co-browsing in particular we ruled out deliberately, because it solves web flows and our work is hardware.

Proofwalk ends with a document

A checklist step will not close without its photograph. Every check and uncheck is written to an append-only trail. The technician signs off, and the report goes out as a revocable link that a customer or contractor opens with no account, showing the evidence and deliberately not the chat, the recordings or the diagnostics.

If nobody outside your company ever has to accept that document, the cheaper seat is the right call and we would tell you so on the phone.

Compiled August 2026 from published vendor material and our own category research. "Not published" means we could not find it stated publicly, not that it is absent. Blitzz pricing and trial length are from their published material and may have moved. Corrections to support@proofwalk.io.

Before you go further

Three reasons to buy Blitzz instead

Seat cost is the deciding factor

There is no seat count at which we are cheaper, and the gap widens as you grow. If the budget conversation is the whole conversation, this is settled.

The session has to reach your ticketing system

They publish integrations and we have none. For a support organisation running on Zendesk or Salesforce, that difference decides adoption on its own.

The problem is on a screen, not on a wall

Co-browsing is the right tool for walking somebody through an app or a web form. We ruled it out on purpose. Our work assumes the thing being fixed is physical.

Thirty days, on a job that matters

Two seats, twenty-five sessions, every feature, no card. Run one real installation and see what comes out the far end of it.

Questions

Common questions

Blitzz is cheaper. Is there any seat count where Proofwalk costs less?

No. Their published per seat price is well below ours and the gap widens as you add seats. If per seat cost is the deciding factor, this comparison is already over and you should buy Blitzz. What we are asking you to weigh is whether the job produces a document somebody outside your company has to accept.

What is the actual difference in what you get?

Blitzz is a support desk product that also serves field work, with co-browsing, integrations and a contact centre shape. Proofwalk is an install evidence product: a checklist where no step closes without its photo, an append-only audit trail, technician sign-off, and a report shareable by revocable link to somebody with no account. Both run a live video session well.

How do the trials compare?

Blitzz publishes a fourteen day trial. Ours is thirty days on real jobs with two seats and twenty-five sessions. The length is deliberate: this product proves itself on a real installation and a fortnight rarely contains one that matters.

Do you have integrations?

No. Blitzz publishes integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk and others. We have none. Sessions carry a searchable work order number and reports share by link, which covers handing evidence outward but not writing records back into your systems.

What happens to our evidence if we leave?

It is yours. Reports stay readable through your notice period, and you get a copy of every session, photo and report before the account closes.
