SMS program and opt-in policy

What the program is
Proofwalk, operated by LateShift LLC, is a remote visual assistance tool. A remote implementation specialist uses it to guide a field technician through an equipment installation or service visit. The only message the service sends is a single transactional link that lets that technician join the session they are already working.
There is no marketing program, no recurring program, and no list. Messages exist only inside an active, scheduled job.
How consent is collected
- Messages go only to field technicians who are actively working a scheduled job with the specialist sending the message.
- During the service call, the technician verbally asks the remote specialist to text a session link to their mobile number, or verbally confirms when the specialist offers to send one.
- Consent is collected per message, during the active job. Nothing unsolicited is sent, and nothing is sent outside an active service engagement.

A single transactional message per request containing a short instruction and the session join link:

- Phone numbers are used only to deliver the requested link. We never sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties. Numbers appear masked in session logs.
- Sends are rate-limited (5 per session per hour) and each send is recorded in the session log.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the carrier and the handset.
Privacy
Numbers supplied for a join link are handled as described in the privacy policy. Messages are delivered through Twilio, listed in our subprocessors.
