Pricing
Priced per specialist. Never per technician.
You are charged for the people doing the guiding, not the people holding the phone. A specialist can run six jobs a day with six different subcontractors and the price does not move.
Every plan includes the whole session: live video, two-way audio, checklists that require a photo before a step can close, and the report at the end. The evidence is the product, so it is there from the first seat.
The model
Four things decide what you pay
Everything that decides your invoice is on this page.
Specialist seats
One seat per person who runs sessions from a desk. This is the number the price is multiplied by, and it is the only one.
Sessions, pooled
Each plan carries a monthly session allowance, shared across the team rather than fixed per person. A busy month for one specialist is covered by a quiet one for another.
Technicians, at zero
They hold no account and install nothing, so there is nothing to license. Guide five people or five hundred, the invoice is identical.
How long evidence is kept
A year is standard, and regulated work that has to produce a record three or seven years later is a straightforward extension of it.
Worth checking before you talk to us
The number to compare it against is a second visit
Not another software licence. Work out what a return trip costs you: the labour, the vehicle, and the slot it takes out of tomorrow's schedule.
Everything past the third trip is margin, and a team guiding jobs every day reaches it in the first fortnight.
One return trip
Three avoided trips a month covers a five-seat account at the middle of that range.
Included at every price
The whole session, not a starter version of it

Before you buy anything
Run it on a real job for thirty days
Live work, not a sandbox. What decides this is the first finished report on a job that mattered, so the pilot runs on jobs that matter.
What you get
Two specialist seats, twenty-five sessions, thirty days, and every feature listed above. No card and no invoice. It stops at thirty days unless you ask to continue.
What we need
One real job in the first week and a specialist to run it. It works best on a job you were going to do anyway, because that is where the difference shows.
What happens after
We look at what you ran, size the plan to it, and quote on those numbers. The reports from the pilot are yours to keep either way.

Find out what it costs on your numbers
Two numbers is enough: how many specialists, and roughly how many jobs a month they guide. Everything else is optional.

Questions about the price
Common questions
Do we pay for technicians?
Technicians are free, permanently. They hold no account and install nothing, so there is nothing to license. You are charged for the specialists doing the guiding, however many technicians they guide.
What counts as a session?
One job. A session is created, given a six-character code, worked, and closed. It counts once, whether it lasted four minutes or ran across two days, and whether one specialist joined or three. Photos, messages and checklist steps inside it are included.
What happens if we go over the session allowance?
Your sessions keep running and your invoice stays the same. Sessions pool across the whole team rather than being fixed per seat, so a busy month for one specialist is absorbed by a quiet one for another. A team that runs over month after month has outgrown its plan, and we will size the next one to what you are actually doing.
Is there a free plan?
There is a free thirty-day pilot on real jobs, which is the version of free that proves anything here. Two seats, twenty-five sessions, every feature. This product shows its value when a remote specialist and an on-site technician work a real installation together, and that is exactly what the pilot puts in front of you.
Can we pay monthly instead of annually?
Either works. Annual saves about twenty percent and is billed once by invoice. Month to month keeps you free to stop at the end of any month.
What happens to our evidence if we leave?
It is yours. Reports stay readable through your notice period, and you get a copy of every session, photo and report before the account closes.
