Subprocessors
Last updated August 5, 2026 · LateShift LLC · support@proofwalk.io
These are the third parties that may process customer content on our behalf. The list is deliberately short. We will give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing one, as set out in the data processing agreement.
| Provider | What it does | What it sees | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twilio | Delivers the join link by text message | The technician's mobile number and the message body, which contains the join link | United States |
| Hostinger (hosting) | Hosts the server, the stored evidence and the media relay | Everything stored by the service, as the infrastructure it runs on | United States, Boston, Massachusetts |
| Hostinger (email) | Sends seat invitations and password reset emails | The recipient's email address and the message body | European Union |
Hostinger is Hostinger International Ltd, a Cyprus company with its operations in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our server is in its Boston, Massachusetts location, and email is delivered through its mail infrastructure in the European Union.
What is deliberately not on this list
- No analytics provider. Proofwalk runs no third-party analytics and no advertising, so no session or visitor data leaves us for that purpose.
- No content delivery network. Every asset, including the typefaces, is served from our own origin.
- No third-party video service. Live video and audio go directly between the two browsers, encrypted end to end. When a site network forces the media through our relay, that relay is our own server and cannot decrypt the stream.
- No third-party OCR. Reading text from an equipment plate happens on our own server. Photographs are not sent to an outside service for it.
- No AI or machine learning provider. Customer content is not sent to any model, ours or anyone else's, and is not used for training.
